TOKYO (Reuters) - North Korea's deputy ambassador to the United Nations will be transferred back to North Korea and his post may not be refilled, the Mainichi Shimbun daily reported on Saturday. World concern has been sparked by a North Korean announcement that it plans to carry out a nuclear test, and the U.N. Security Council on Friday warned Pyongyang of unspecified consequences if it did. Quoting U.S. and North Korean sources in a story from Washington, the paper said that Han Song-ryol, whom it described as being in charge of contacts with the United States, would be transferred back to North Korea. The paper said that he may not be replaced, in a move that it said gave an appearance that directions had been given to forbid diplomatic contact with the United States.

Many dwellings are full of hidden health dangers, said Janie Harris, a Texas Cooperative Extension housing and environment specialist. Tracking down and correcting those dangers can be the difference between feeling well and not. She offered seven steps to maintaining a healthy home - Step 1: Control moisture. "Water and excessive humidity support the growth of mold, insects, rodents and dust mites," said Harris, adding that a drier environment is a deterrent. Keep indoor humidity between 40 percent and 60 percent. A vent or a window will move cooking or showering steam outdoors. Clothes dryers also should be vented outdoors. Increasing airflow in closets and behind furniture also reduce dampness. "In addition to the relative humidity, three important sources of moisture that require control are rainwater, groundwater and plumbing," Harris said.

When completed, the building will be used for vehicle and equipment maintenance for the Riley County Public Works Department. .
TANGERANG: It was business as usual at the construction site of Pamulang Square near Lake Tujuh Muara on Jl. Siliwangi in Tangerang regency Thursday despite mounting protests from environmentalists and local residents. Dozens of workers were seen digging holes to sink pylons for the shopping mall construction. Protesters are concerned by the fact that the lake functions as a water catchment for the regency and a shopping mall construction would damage the environment near the lake, said Sugandi who is an activist with Lake Tujuh Muara Conservation Committee. He said the committee and residents of the three subdistricts had delivered their objections to the developer's plan to build the square near the lake, but received no response. "I think our concern is reasonable.
