The students, who all had perfect attendance since Dec. 1, were lined up and waited as Kim Elswick, wife of Community Toyota owner Roger Elswick, draw one name out of a jug. Cole Evan Williams, was read. As Williams heard his name, it took a few seconds to register and when everyone started to wonder if he showed, he walked slowly up to the Elswick and took the keys to his new car.
TANGERANG: It was business as usual at the construction site of Pamulang Square near Lake Tujuh Muara on Jl. Siliwangi in Tangerang regency Thursday despite mounting protests from environmentalists and local residents. Dozens of workers were seen digging holes to sink pylons for the shopping mall construction. Protesters are concerned by the fact that the lake functions as a water catchment for the regency and a shopping mall construction would damage the environment near the lake, said Sugandi who is an activist with Lake Tujuh Muara Conservation Committee. He said the committee and residents of the three subdistricts had delivered their objections to the developer's plan to build the square near the lake, but received no response. "I think our concern is reasonable.
El Paso-based Hunt Building Company was ranked among the nation's top builders and owners of multifamily units by Multifamily Executive magazine and Builder Magazine. In the rankings, Hunt was listed No. 15 among multifamily builders with 2,525 starts in 2005, and No. 27 among owners of multifamily units, with 24,700 units. Hunt has many projects building housing for military families. "As the Department of Defense moves toward public-private ventures, we see continued significant opportunities for Hunt in those areas," Woody Hunt, Hunt Building chairman, stated in a press release. A Hunt project at Buckley Air Force Base, Colo., was raided by federal immigration agents Sept. 20, and 122 undocumented construction workers were arrested. .

Wilson is the president of the residential division of Cordova building and development company Chamberlain & McCreery Inc., which is set to start the first phase of a 116-lot development in Collierville near the beginning of October. The neighborhood is named Rolling Meadows and sits in the southeast corner of Shelby County near the Mississippi line.
